We are fearless and jump into life. We are family. We are warriors.
Warrior Disability Services (WDS) is a family-run, registered NDIS provider dedicated to delivering exceptional support to people with disabilities.
At WDS, we take pride in providing care our participants can rely on, empowering their independence and helping them reach their goals.
How do we do it? By truly listening to our participants, and helping them chase their dreams and become valued, active members of their community.
About Us
Our services are inclusive and flexible, including group activities, one-on-one support, weekend support and in-home support, all designed around each person’s individual needs.
To keep our support fresh and enthusiastic, our staff receive ongoing training, so our participants always get the most effective, up-to-date support.
We’re proud to be registered with the NDIS, and even prouder to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we support.
Our Service
At WDS, we think outside the box. There’s always something on, and every day is a chance to get out, try something new and have a go.
Our participants are building new skills, making friendships and choosing what they want to do next. Whether it’s a day out, a group activity or saving up together for something bigger, there’s always a plan, and it’s one they help shape, with choice and control over their own lives.
We believe life is for living, and our job is to make sure every participant gets to live it to the fullest with quality support every step of the way.
Not Your Typical Service
We’re proud to call the Upper Hunter home. Our participants are out and about every week, getting involved around town, supporting local businesses and connecting with the people around them. From cooking up BBQs at local events and hand-delivering community newsletters, to volunteering at local businesses, spending time with the kids at the local preschool and collecting coffee grounds from local cafés for our compost, the Warriors are always lending a hand wherever it’s needed.
Being part of the community gives our participants a real sense of belonging and self-worth, and that’s what being a Warrior is all about.
