She has over 15 years’ experience in the disability services sector, progressing through a range of roles and developing strong, practical knowledge. She has solidified her knowledge in the disability sector with formal qualifications.

Matt is a CPA qualified accountant with a diverse background, having worked with large global mining entities, a multinational education provider, the seafood industry and within our family NDIS operation. Matt currently works for BHP as a Principal Finance Business Partner.

He holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science from the University of Newcastle and has strong practical experience in both direct support and administrative services. Rhylie also manages the organisation’s IT systems and contributes to social media and communications, supporting efficient and reliable service delivery across the business.
